Problem:

When I try to log in I get the message that my account is disabled, also I am sure I have a licence.


Solution:

Signavio has several completely independent infrastructures/ servers. Beside performance the main reason for this are the different data security and privacy laws in different countries. The addresses for the different servers are:

www.editor.signavio.com (Europe)

www.app-us.signavio.com (US)

www.app-au.signavio.com (Australia)

www.academic.signavio.com (Academic Initiative)

When you for example had a trial before on the EU server, but your paid licence is activated on the AU or US server, you get this message when you try to log in on the EU server.
