Problem

I am not able to save a diagram.It was stated that if I continue to have this problem I should contact Signavio support.


Solution


  1. Please try to use the option "save as copy"
    1. if it doesn't work, please check your internet access
  2. When you contact the support, can you add the following information in your request:
    • Is it a new or existing diagram?
    • Are you working on the latest revision?
    • Is this diagram has been restored?
    • Is this diagram published or unpublished from the Collaboration Hub?
    • Are you working alone on this diagram? Or other people are working on it at same time?
