My approval workflow sends an email to the case creator if the approval workflow is triggered. I am not receiving an email, when I trigger the approval workflow.


Please check whether you have a license in the workflow accelerator. If you have no workflow accelerator license and trigger an approval workflow for which contains the case creator (e.g. case-creator-email) the field will be left blank and no email is sent.
