1 - check if the email has not been blocked by an anti-spam

2 - check your email marketing preferences
At the end of newsletters from Signavio, you have a link "change your subscription preferences"
Select the category "Product updates"

If you have unsubscribed from all marketing notifications, you can re-activate your account

1 - Open the page
2 - When you enter your email in the form, a message will appear with a link to send you an email and update your preferences

3 - You will receive an email like this with a link to update your preferences, then select the "Product updates" in the list
