Problem

I don't receive any email from Signavio for my user or for my distribution list


Solution

Usually the sender address is "noreply@signavio.com" which is most likely to get filtered. The only way to prevent this would be by adding a rule on your mail server to allow the delivery to your email addresses.

That also applies if you use a distribution list (like "xxxx@company.com") for the e-mail task in Workflow Accelerator
