We have currently a user in our Process Manager, who has currently an Enterprise-license, but now just need a Hub-license. How can we change the license for the user?


The only option to change the license for the user would be to delete and re-register the user again. Please be aware, that all diagrams and files, which are currently stored in the "My Documents"- and "Trash"-folder will be deleted with the user. Additionally, you need to assign the groups to the user again. Otherwise the user will not get the same permissions as before.
