Problem:

I am experiencing a partial synchronization of newly added licencees for workflow accelerator being available from the central user management in workflow accelerator user management. I am again not able to find two out of the three I added just now in Workflow Accelerator.




Solution:

The root cause of this behavior is due to a reference of the user in the SPM DB which does not trigger the sync at the time. The way to reset this, is to run the sync again.
