When I try to Log-in I get the error message: "Your IP address does not have access to this workspace. The workspace administrator has restricted access to a specific network. Please log in from a valid network."


Administrators of a workspace can configure an IP-address filter and so restrict the access to a workspace. Only requests / log-ins from valid IP addresses are accepted. The error message is displayed when you try to access a workspace from an IP-address that is not part of this filter. Your workspace administrator can help you with which IP-addresses are added to the filter and he also can add more IP-addresses in case this is necessary.
