Problem:


After the successful authentication against our SAML-server, some of our colleagues cannot access the Process Manager (Explorer or Collaboration Hub) anymore. They will only be forwarded to the login mask with the error message "Authentication required!" and the URL ends with "p/logout"



Solution:


Your mentioned URL is an indication for a cache- / cookie-problem. Please, ask your colleagues to take the following steps:

  • Delete the cache from their default browser
  • Delete the cookies from their default browser

Afterwards, please restart the browser and try the Workflow or Process Manager link again.
