To extend the help menu with own links which are pointing into the Process Manager there are two points to consider. You can link to an editor view and to a published view. We recommend using always the published view. The following steps will show you how to proceed the create a link within the help menu.
- upload the needed document
- publish the document
- open the published document in the collaboration hub
- copy the URL form the browser address bar to your clipboard
- navigate to the "Setup" → "Edit general configuration" and paste the link from your clipboard into the section "Links to additional help resources (Explorer):" and set a name or label.
- click save
After you have finished the steps the site will be automatically reloaded and you can use the added link.
