This behaviour has been fixed in Version: 13.14.0.
If you've experienced data loss in your dictionary in regards to the dropdown attribute, please create a new ticket and please provide the following information:
- your tenant/Workspace ID :
- custom attribute name (or ID) :
- Your region (AU/EU/USA) :
- We also require login information for a technical user (incl. admin rights), so that we are able to restore the data via our API :
